Transport of yacht by road-sea
We provide assistance for manufacturers, new buyers, and others who need to transport a new or second hand yacht or small commercial vessel by road and or sea to his final destination.
How do we proceed:
- We first make a selection for the best and available solution for this the transport. We consider on own keel, by road or seagoing transport or a combination.
- The condition prior transport is documented and reported by means of a condition survey, and this avoid discussion about old or new damages afterwards.
- A stowage plan is made, this may include the selection of a cradle or other, additional action to be taken for securing. We recommend that sensitive or out of the hull parts are dismantling or extra protected. Care is to be taken to protect the yacht or object for damage, water infiltration, theft and others.
- We witness the loading on board a ship or for road transport ex marina or factory.
- We recommend also the witnessing at the place and time of discharge.
- We verify if occurrence or damages have happened.
