Since October 2010 International Nautical Services (INS) is attending our vessel’s during bunker supplies in the port of Antwerp (+ Amsterdam and Flushing) to ensure that the quantity stated in the supplier’s bunker delivery receipt is corresponding to the actual quantity received on board.
